Hatha Flow with Sue (L2)

This fun class is more like a workout than the level 1 classes. We blend physical strength with flexibility and stability. We often include arm balances and inversions in these classes for those who want to test themselves. However, we always want to ensure your safety, so you are encouraged to only do what is appropriate for you – modifications are always included.
