Intro to Flow with Sue (L1/2)

An event every week that begins at 12:10pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until November 1, 2018
This class begins with lengthened floor postures to connect and relax the body, followed by a gentle flow. Students are slowly guided through the Sun Salutation series, as well as a basic flow series. Each movement is guided through breath work.
