Runners’ Recovery Stretch and Strength (L2)

An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Friday, repeating until March 2, 2018
Join Sue and Robb for a fun, Friday evening class that will combine yoga with strength exercises. Although not just for runners (everyone’s welcome), this class will focus on those areas of the body that runners (and skiers, hikers, swimmers, bikers, etc.) may need tending to, including hips, upper back, neck, glutes, hamstrings and calves.
