We encourage yoga as a compliment to your other physical activities. Our Thera-Movement classes also allow our students to recapture activities that may have been previously lost due to joint pain, stiffness or fatigue. We are so pleased to hear when our students are able to run faster, exercise longer, or again play tennis after joining our Thera-Movement classes.
