27 Feb Raw Chocolate MacComroons
Playing in the kitchen again…inspired by a recipe by Whole Natural Life…switched it up a wee bit…turned out pretty yummy! Just had to call them MacComroons in honour of Robb (my apologies for the weak pun, Lauren!). We enjoyed these at last Friday’s classes.
1/2 cup Giddy Yoyo raw cacao
1/2 cup raw honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/8 teaspoon Giddy Yoyo mountain salt
1/4 cup Giddy Yoyo goji berries plus more for garnish
1 2/3 cup shredded coconut
Mix the above until well combined. Spoon onto parchment lined baking sheet and freeze. Once frozen, store in airtight container in fridge or freezer.
